We can not allow this pipeline into our communities, especially when they are already facing economic and health disparities. The pipeline does not bring long lasting sustainable benefits to these communities.

I lived in Memphis for 40+ years. This Byhalia Connection is a BAD idea. Oppose this.... completely. Don't let the "Law of Unintended Consequences" cause harm.

This community needs to be looking forward, and oil dependence is NOT the way. We need GREEN energy and to preserve our water resources.

I am a lifelong Memphian and I absolutely abhor and oppose the idea of this pipeline project. We Memphians are proud of the quality of our naturally filtered waters drawn from our sand aquifer. We refuse to allow this project as its completion, should it come to pass, will inevitably endanger our collective health and our very lives. Go home, Plains All American. Go home, Valero. To hell with your corporate greed. We do not want you here.

Surveyors should find a way to protect our city's aquifer by going around or remapping the whole pipeline. I'm not against the pipeline, but I am certainly against contaminating our city's drinking water. We are already experiencing what it's like to not have tap water. Please don't do this.

If it's absolutely necessary and will bring positive economic impact, then there HAS to be a less invasive route than the one chosen. "Coincidentally", the chosen route of this pipeline doesn't appear that it will cause any disruption to or impact on any non-minority communities. This route is wrongfully and racially mapped/planned out. Go back to the think tank.

This pipeline is yet another disgusting injustice where the bourgeoisie exploits everyone beneath them, predominantly black and POC folks, to get richer.
