I was born and raised in South Memphis. I know the cost and environmental burden South Memphis residents have ALWAYS suffered from the pollution coming from the oil refineries in President’s Island. No! No more of this. Do NOT grant this allowance. The risk to the ENTIRE region’s fresh water supply is too great. VOTE no!

Black and Brown communities should not be subjected to this. Everyone has the right to breathe clean air and drink clean water. These are human rights and the rights of corporations should not outweigh the rights of people.
