Keep fossil fuels in the ground. Water is life, oil is not.

Clean water is a human right, don’t pollute the water of Memphis for more oil that we don’t need.

Stop using demographics as the main driver for harmful infrastructure development. Stop building these structures in communities that you know don't have the information, resources, or energy to fight back.

Americans don't need to build pipelines in poor neighborhoods or black and brown neighborhoods. We don't need to put the health of the people at risk. Protect our drinking water and our waterways. Water is our living, not oil, not gas, not fossil fuel.

We should move forward in this country. Pipelines are antiquated and dangerous. In a world increasingly vulnerable to climate change from fossil fuel emissions we cannot endanger people's lives by places new pipelines or increasingly valuable fresh water.

Pipelines are consistently disastrous. Do not submit this community to its dangers and ills.

We can’t let large corporations win against poor communities.

The risk cannot outweigh the result of a pipeline over their aquifer.
