This is not a Republican nor Democrat issue. This is a North Carolina citizens issue. As I am signing this statement, I am confirming that I am a citizen of North Carolina and do oppose Sanctuary Cites in my state. I Feel it is MY choice who determines how my tax money is spent and on whom it should not be spent on. It is my choice as to whom I wish to be neighbors with.

1. The United Nations determines 95% of the refugees and where they are sent. In fact, refugee is Not the correct term. A refugee is defined as," A person who has been FORCED to leave their country to escape war, persecution, or natural disaster. Where as an Immigrant they seek a better life. This plan was started many years ago.

2. Each refugee costs us an estimated $64,370 per year. Federal monies collected thru taxation. These monies are stolen from other pre-planned budgeted ventures. 95% will receive food stamps and 68% will receive monetary funds thru our state's welfare programs for a usual of 5 years. Although many are becoming life long burdens upon the welfare system.

3. Lets take it further, down to our community schools. Who will be funding the interpreters and paying for new teachers to assist them? You and I, John Q. Public, the taxpayer. Who will pay for the slowing education process because they can"t keep up with our children? Our children will that's who. Who will be taking our entry level jobs? where will our teens and already disadvantaged residents jobs? They will if they choose to work.

I could go on listing complaints and questions forever but i think this will sum up a majority of people's thoughts. I am enclosing the email addresses for you to forward this to as a letter and? or a petition. Please share and let your voices be heard. The silent majority will refuse to be silent any longer.
