This is a ridiculous tax burden on our hard working middle class, the poor working people who barely have their head above water and our seniors who are in a tight fixed income. This will surely hurt the commuter who live in the 4 corners is MA and have to drive to work. Stop giving yourself high pay raises along with these judges. There is a surplus in this state, use that. BTW, automobiles now a day do not have carnivores hence no emission released. We make an extra dollar and you want to take 3, give us the HARD WORKS A BREAK Especially now. Thank you

The state has a 2 billion dollar surplus,
so please do not tell me that more revenue is needed. It does not all have
to go to the MBTA,lets use some of it
to repair the roads and bridges.
