Our State Legislature needs to be better stewards of taxpayer money. If they didn't give themselves big pay raises, they would have the money they needed for infrastructure projects.

Two years after legislators ignited an uproar by voting through a generous package of pay raises for themselves and other public officials, the salaries for top ranking elected officials and rank-and-file legislators on Beacon Hill are going up again. Governor Charlie Baker certified a pay raise of 5.93 percent for the 200 members of the House and Senate for the 2019-2020 session, raising the base pay for legislators by $3,709 to $66,256. I sick of it...that was infrastructure $$$

We play plenty, the tax burden in MA is already significant and our government has proven themselves as incapable of using this money properly for the betterment of the state.

"There are sharks in the State House"... Amen. No more funds or resources wasted on tax collections, please. Support small businesses struggling to help our customers and employees instead.

Taxachusetts is at it again. I remember learning about “Double taxation without representation” when in Jr. High. I already pay taxes to the Commonwealth on my earnings. Then, no matter where I turn, I’m paying taxes (most are hidden like the gas tax) on my spending for goods & services with money that has already been taxed. ENOUGH already!!!

Enough taxes, really it's time to be responsible with other people's money. Please restructure your budget. Start finding areas were the government can save money, it's about government cost savings not stealing from the people

We have plenty of taxation here now. We don’t need any more. Are you purposely trying to financially destroy people?

Totally against this tax and the others that have been introduced. Thanks for your work.
