Stop the Proposed Motel 6 on S. Yosemite St. in Centennial

It will the one if the worse decisions the city can make , there is also a nursery school next to that empty lot .

I am strongly against the Motel 6 going in. Please stay true to Centennial’s vision of revitalization. We have plenty of empty storefronts that could use new occupants, we don’t need any new building until these are filled.

I am a registered voter and homeowner in the area. I vehemently oppose this development!

Please help keep our neighborhoods safe! We are already seeing an increase in neighborhood crimes here in Walnut Hills.

This is not in keeping with this type of neighborhood. We do not want the crime and other problems associated with this kind of motel.

We oppose adding a Motel 6 nearby. We live in WillowCreek 80112-3205.

The area is known for family oriented community. This is THE NO#1 reason we moved 2 years ago and see no reason why the city couldn't find a better suited option to go in the space. Especially when the community has spoken we simply do not want it.

I am highly against the Motel 6 project off Yosemite in Centennial.

Inappropriate for a child and family centric neighborhood. We were drawn to the area for its low crime statistics. Would like it to stay that way.

Please stop the Motel 6 from going in at Yosemite and Drycreek in Centennial. This would be detrimental to the Willow Creek neighborhood and school and surrounding neighborhood and schools. We do not want this in the area and this is not why we moved into our neighborhood here. Please stop this from happening!

This hotel is a bad idea. Please protect what we have all worked hard to create and maximize.

Low budget motel not appropriate in this area. Already saturated with other hotels/motels nearby.concerned with potential transient clientele and community safety that this motel would bring and affect.

I am opposed to a Motel 6 or Studio 6 or any low budget hotel in this location.

The idea of building a Motel 6 is a detriment to our community. Our community has always been a safe and respected community for families with children and seniors who have lived here for many years. We have enjoyed a low crime rate which has made all of us feel protected and insulated from the crime that is around other cities. Our community is NOT one that deserves low budget hotels which are a nesting place for crime, drugs, and violence. Please for once, set the revenue aside and protect those people that have been a mainstay in this community. Keep this community safe for our families, children, and our senior citizens.

This is NOT appropriate placement of a hotel right in the middle of 3 grade schools and family homes. That may bring in transient folks who truly have no business being around children.
