Dear Ipsy, The undersigned represent your subscribers who were very saddened to learn that the most sought after item this month, Urban Decay's Revolution Lipstick, would not be sent out to all subscribers. What made the situation worse is that those who did not receive Urban Decay did not get an item of comparable retail value nor was the brand as prestigious. Some bags had an Urban Decay Lipstick *and* a Smashbox primer whereas other bags had neither of these two items. The overall value of the bags should be similar (with a difference of no more than $5-$10) and if you send out an item by a prestige brand, it should either go to all subscribers or you should send out a different item from another prestige brand. Ipsy, you have put out some great bags in the past. As subscribers, we want to see you continue to succeed, but we also expect to be treated fairly and with respect.
