It's time for all of us to speak up and advocate for our needs as employees and for our families, so we call on the leadership of the International Financial Institutions (IFIs) in Washington D.C. to remain flexible by keeping RTO (Return to Office) Policies to a maximum of 2 days a week at the office.
The 'No More Than 2 Days' campaign:
1. Supports families and work-life balance
2. Keeps women in the workforce
3. Keeps our environmental impact low
4. Supports employees' mental health
5. Allows for increased productivity

My daycare closes at 6 and the traffic makes that impossible with a 4 day office requirement. please reconsider.
The world bank's 4 day policy May as well be 5 days back in the office then mentioned 'flexibility'. Not entirely as flexible as a 3 day approach would've been. Need to realize that this is a seismic shift in both productivity and mental health.
The commute into DC is just getting worse and for what? sitting on zoom calls all day in a cubicle? lets just save the time and money for the stuff that actually matters.
TWO DAYS IS PLENTY. Honestly if they push for more people are just gonna leave. The talent pool is gonna dry up real fast if they don't listen.

Coming to the office more than 2 days makes no sense. Two days are enough time to have productive interactions. As a mom of a baby the time I'm able to work while at the office is significantly less than at home. Also I have a 50 min commute each way and all that cost is on me. I appreciate the value of the random interactions in the office but 4 days is too much.
