This year we have started using Schoology instead of Google Classroom for our online work. Schoology is not efficient for many reasons. The first being that it's hard to navigate. Assignments don't go away when submitted, too many folders, and the design looks ancient. Another problem is that Schoology won't show you a due date for a specific assignment, so you don't know when things are to be submitted by. Another problem is Schoology messes up the format of Google Slides, and it is not easily connected to google drive. An issue for many students is that Google Classroom would send you emails a day before things were due, Schoology does not, making it easy to forget about submitting assignments. Though you do get a rocket ship after completing an assignment, google classroom could easily add that after this petition is seen by the White House. All in all, Schoology is NOT eye candy and it does not support our learning. It is hard to navigate and takes a lot of extra time to figure out. It is glitchy, and not fun. It is not only the students that are having this issue, but also the teachers. WE HATE SCHOOLOGY AND IT STINKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!
