I'm proud of your bravery. Our ancestors would be proud, too! We have your backs.

Are you kidding me? There's no place for this in the educational setting. Why haven't CMS done something about this. You can't say you were here for racial equality and then you turned a blind eye to the Injustice That's right before you!

Standing by and watching this happen is not doing your duty to protect the young adults that attend your school. You must do better as a system and truly understand what those words mean to those they are meant to hurt.

Find the students making these offensive videos and give them substantial consequences. Doing nothing says you stand with those racists.

I certainly hope the student athletes protesting the dissemination of racism by fellow Hough students will be heard and that the administration will take all available action to address this.

Shame on the schools for not acting when this was first brought to their attention. They need to be removed and educated before they are responsible for students.

Teach these kids that there are consequences for using racial slurs, even when out of school. Don't tolerate this nonsense

I believe it is a disgusting act comment from fellow students to make our football team along side many other people that attend my school to feel discriminated. it is unfair and unjustifiable for students to feel the way they do in school.

It is overdue for the school and the administration to handle this issue with the racist remarks their students feel so with ease in saying and using against students of color. The bullies you chose to protect are also representative of your school - apparently you would rather have racists represent your school than a community as a whole growing and learning together.

I am a former Hough High School student and I know first hand that the school had many issues with institutional racism that was enacted by white students and perpetrated by teachers who silenced students of color while giving white students plenty of space to voice their bigotry under the guise of things like “debate” or “sharing ideas”. The school needs to take responsibility for its part in upholding racism and white supremacy.

Students, teachers and administrators should all be held to the same standard of conduct. You post it on social media, suffer the consequences.
