In the currently active video game, Call of Duty Black Ops 2, if a player playing online is having a bad game, if you quit to many games earily, you must wait 5 minutes before playing again. Please help me with my goal, together we can make Call of Duty fun for everyone.

its so annoying waitin 5 mins just cause my internet dropped or i had to leave. game is meant to be fun not a job.
