Mike's new Mac is great for him but horrible for people trying to communicate with him. List of grievances: 1- When his computer locks or goes inactive, Lync for Mac completely signs out and shows him as "Offline". This is troublesome if you send a message and then it shows up as "undeliverable" which forces you to copy-paste the message again. 2- The message "Lasseter, Michael is typing a message..." flashes incessantly while he is typing which makes it impossible to know whether or not he is typing or not. This could be easily fixed if he would just run the windows version of Lync within a VM on his Mac, but since it doesn't bother Mike we need to let him know that it bothers us or nothing will be changed.
