Hi, just wanna let u knw. Some of your staff members are so rude. Some of ur staff members disrespect our drivers over the phone or on the dispatcher quiery.
Plz change ur staff or teach them how to talk. Give them lessons of good mennors

Taking so many applications everyday from new operator for own business expanding but the way they do so bad poor management with everything. No status for anything with application. Even when u called in office staff is so rude.

He asked me to come and see him. I told him that I can’t come this week as I have to take care of my little kid. He said ‘I DONT CARE IF ITS SOMEONES FUNERAL IN YOUR FAMILY’.
