The driver services are to help drivers not to harrass them. They see every taxi driver as a lier and thief

Brad is such a arrogant man , he make fun of me in the office

Yes he is such a racist person, always pointing a finger in front of your mouth , i never see a racist person like him

Staff is very rude and never coprate with driver specially driver support .they treat driver as a slave

13cabs-A dictatorship —where they makes all the rules and decisions without input from anyone else. They pretend that they are always right and drivers are wrong. They have inexperienced staff who takes bookings from customers, always mistakes in dispatching system. And many more..

I’m quite happy someone has finally raised this issue it’s about time we get our rights back.

Incompetent and under trained and people who have no idea of ground realities.

Brad in the driver services at 13Cabs is not professional at all. He just knows one single thing that taxi drivers are always at wrong and need not to listen to them. He does not know the difference between humans and walls. He always has a one sided view to every situation he comes across.

Rude management and forcedully suspending the pin. The ombudsman is taking no action against anyone. Driving for 13 cabs is harassment every second every minute. This company should shut down.
