13 cabs staff is really rude they think we are salves of them. They have blocked my PIN number due to customer complaint and I went there to activate it and Mr. sayad said pay $330 and two days class, I said, I am not driving cab everyday I just drive two days in a week. And I said I just logon dispature for map not for job because you don’t have jobs now. And I left them sitting on chairs and I come back without activating my PIN number. Its still deactivated and I never been there after that.

The depot fees is too much high and also the work provided is very less if compared to the depot fees. On the top the destination is not being told when call the operator not either the direction the job is going and also they are not well trained to resolve any issue apart of mitigating or resolve the issue.

13 cabs admin. staff they treat their drivers in a humilating way and if u are going to file a pitition against 13 cabs. you people are doing great job.
