The dividers honestly don't work. They are placed on all sides of the desk and in order for them to fully work you would have to be sitting with your head inside the captive area, If you wasn't doing that and was sitting back you could easily cough on the person nearest to you. They are probably also not cleaned everyday so in conclusion the dividers have little to no effect.

I feel as if dividers don't serve their purpose in the school environment, as they keep bacteria within the desks instead of outside. Instead, the school should provide a more useful concept that can be agreed upon by pupils and teachers alike.

the dividers aren't that protective when someone sneezes or coughs all the bacteria goes on the plexiglass, this doesn't help anyone when they aren't getting cleaned daily. personally i think plexiglass isn't a smart idea if you want to safe.
