In Vietnam, there is a company that provides pedigrees for cats called “Vietnam Feline Club” belonging to the World Cat Federation. They support the acts of crossbreeding two blue-eyed white cats, which causes up to 80% of cats' deafness, and they also allow their members do it. Then they fake health paper, fake pedigree from “NOT FOR BREEDING” to “FOR BREEDING”, sell it to the cat lovers without telling them about the cat's real health problems. After being discovered by catlovers, they used many tricks to cover the incident and prevent the cat lover community from speaking out. I am writing this letter to inform to WCF this immoral act of VFC, and request that there should be an appropriate form of warning and sanction to VFC club & their breeders in order to protect the accepted interests of the cats and the cat
