Last week, my dog was hit by a car and passed away. The car knew that they had hit something but kept going. This petition is to pass the "Animal Coalition Law" If somebody hits an animal knowing there's an animal there or on purpose, then they have to stand trial. If the animal is injured or killed, they will be fined and arrested. If it was an accident, like if the animal ran in front of the car, then the person legally has to pull over, call animal control and the police and explain what happened. Thank you.

I am so sorry this happened to you. I have a dog and a cat at home so I support you. I'd be heart broken if this happened to my Annie. She tends to run away alot

hey pophia i believe your doing the right thing because ive had people do the same thing to me but drive off and never tell me they did that to my animal
