No More Curb
Due to lack of proper training, the Curb Side Assistance Program is neither beneficial to the customers, to the employees, or to QuikTrip. Having no proper training with the Curb Side Assistance Program results in a lack of participation from customers, an unsatisfactory feeling from the employees, and a waste of valuable store hours for the QuikTrip team. Without the proper training, the random employees chosen for the Curb Side, who are not guaranteed emotionally intelligent and not always a natural salesman, stand dumbfoundly throughout their Curb Side shift hoping a customer agrees to needing assistance. This hope is not a road to success for the Curb Side Assistance program. The Curb Side Assistance Program needs proper development consisting of skill building in approaching customers, taking customer orders, and displaying positive attitude in order to succeed.
