Health & Safety Regulations mean staff are forbidden to use toasters in office kitchens in 256 St. George's Terrace as it is a potential fire risk.

This means fresh home-made cheese toasties can not be prepared and employees are forced to look elsewhere for their favorite dairy-filled, sandwich snack.

However, the cheese toasties available are made from plastic, cheese slices, and paper thin slices of ham. We want real, grated cheese, melted over select, butcher's ham in chunky, juicy, tasty pieces. We want to see that cheese, ooze, run, flow and dribble out of its comfortable bready home. We want it to burn our chins as it attempts its molten escape of cheesey goodness.
