Maybe 55 and older condos would create less density and a need for the Bedford community

No more apartments. The developers of the Macy's site are trying to dupe us.

No more apartments. Residents don't pay taxes but get all the benefits of Town services.

No more apartments without taxes! We moved here for the schools. They’ll decline rapidly and become overcrowded without tax money to expand the schools!

You people are so quick to build apartments and make money but a lot of people from Bedford will leave and complain because the school and the down will go down hill fast. If you want Bedford to be top notch like it has been, even when I went through the high school- you won’t do this. Think about what the parents of the children are going to do or say to you. Worst mistake if you build more apartments in Bedford. It is fine how it is. Stop being greedy and looking for money.

By adding more apartments inverses are chances to increase the crime in Bedford. My husband chose Bedford 15 years ago for that reason. The planning commissions needs to stop looking at dollar signs.

First of all area is NOT zoned for apartments. Fire Chief Wiggin stated safety concerns. There is already too much traffic at that area. Will result in heavy impact to public school student population, increase in teachers and additional staff, and most likely need for additional school construction. Number of police, fire, and municipal staff will be impacted as well.
