I am most concerned about adding more apartments to the town. Expansion in moderation is great, but the stress on the school system would be my concern.

Building near the school and limiting the school’s ability to expand in the future is not a good decision. Build further west.

I feel the placement of the current apartments on the drawing board is a very poor one and we as citizens should be able to vote on such a plan.

Too much traffic!!! Bedford is not a major city. I would rather see small homes or affordable townhomes go up in that spot than an apartment complex. Leave big complexes to big cities!

The traffic in that area is already congested even the new traffic pattern will not ensure a lighter travel in that area.
Adding apartments will most likely burden the schools with larger class sizes and increase the need to hire more police and fire. Property taxes are already out of control. How is adding more apts going to ease the tax burden to those who own homes.
Bedford is a town not a city.

We don't need to turn Bedford into Manchester. Keep low income housing out. It will raise the property values for everyone.

We do not need any more apartments in town. It is not a tax benefit for the town and will cost us more money. Also the location is not a great place to have apartments -

No more apartments. We moved here in 2001 because it was a quiet town. If I wanted to sit in traffic everywhere I went we would have moved to Manchester.
