Firstly, I feel this proposal aims to provide a service North Swindon neither wants nor needs. Secondly, the long term impact on childrens' health is still unknown and this should not be ignored. A Precautionary approach should be adopted which logically begins with the positioning of masts well away from school's and residential areas.

Future proof the area and install fibre properly please. This unwanted 4G solution will end up being a waste of money! 5G will be released in the near future, will SBC waste more money upgrading?!

We need more information. I agree with the petition but have little to go on. How much money, why are they needed, where will they be placed, what are the health issues etc. We should as residents be consulted. Can this be added to the petition info?

This smacks of the typical Swindon council backhanders that go on. The masts are unnecessary, unwanted and expensive to install and maintain.

We want fibre optic cable. We already have 4G in most places as we're not in a rural area and those masts are unwanted.

ALL masts need to be kept far far away from our homes and schools in North Swindon. Many more things we need improving here but NOT this.

This is an unecessary technological development in North Swindon which the public is against. There are more important telecommunications services required in North Swindon that can be installed completely out of sight which should already be present in North Swindon but is not. The implementation of these masts in this area is nothing more than a temporary solution and waste of resources for people who do not need it.
