Education policy must be established by state laws and local school boards to maintain citizen control. BIG GOVERNMENT is not the answer to a good education. I speak from experience.

Common Core is a Federal Socialist Education system being pushed by Obama and his puppet masters the Council on Foreign Relations, The Trilateral Commission and The Bilderberg Group. They have Gates pushing this because it is illegal for the Federal Government to be involved in our Education system. Gates is a strong member of the sadistic groups mentioned above. The purpose of Common Core is to dumb down the kids and push the Socialist Agenda. It MUST be destroyed.

Common Core is a Federal Socialist Education system being pushed by Obama and his puppet masters the Council on Foreign Relations, The Trilateral Commission and The Bilderberg Group. more than the millions of dollars that CC will cost the tax payer, are the thousands of students that will be lost in the shuffle of this "one size fits all" approach to education. We must do whatever it takes to stop this government take over of our best resource; our children.

Our children deserve better than this! First grade math homework is incomprehensible. What this is doing to young learners is shameful. I know I help my grandson and see the confusion daily. Stop Common Core now

Common core is rotten to the core. Our kids are being used as lab rats to experiment at their expense. They put the horse before the cart. They implemented common core with no resources for our kids! The schools jumped on the band wagon thinking they were going to get more funding. Funding only went to a few schools and now schools like North Kansas school District are afraid to admit they made the wrong decision. NKC school district is behind common core and they are cheating our kids out of resources! No books, no ebooks, no resources for common core! How can us parents help our children if we cannot teach from home..... No resources. Math???? Why does common core make a mountain out of a mole hill. Last time I checked 2 + 2 was still 4!. Secondary education director said we owe it to the "tax payers and community " to use common core and to use standardized testing. What about owing our kids? Isn't this who this is about anyway? Rid rotten to the core!!!!

The Federal government and large philanthropies have no role or constitutional right to create or promote national educational standards. These are decisions best left to democratically elected school boards and state and regional bodies. We realize that these standards are a data collection tool, used to create changes in our rights as parents. That it also is a big money making machine for the test making promoters. and it must be stopped !!

These are decisions best left to democratically elected school boards and state and regional bodies. Common core is very confusing and is not a well thought out plan for the education of our children. No adult uses this technique in todays world! We need to take back control of our education system within our state.
