The massive surge of support proves that people are disgusted by the thought of weaponizing innocent dolphins for geopolitical posturing. This momentum is finally forcing the relevant officials to look at the blood on their hands. We are not backing down until this dangerous plan against these intelligent creatures is scrapped entirely.

this is beyond cruel regardless of who gets them. dolphins belong in the ocean not in a military training program
