The implementation of Text Magic has brought concerns for many of the employees within our region that it does not give consistent opportunity for shifts and/or it is inconsistently delivered media (ie: text message) as many of the areas in our region have poor text message reception. We propose that other solutions be implemented to ensure consistency and increased morale in the region.
