As a teacher, I am really concerned about the location for such dispensary and the affects on children, crime , and traffic impact in our community.

We do not want a medical marijuana dispensary in Santa Veneita. Perhaps you can open one in your neighborhood?

There is already an uptick in crime in Santa Venetia without adding another attractive nuisance.

I am not against a dispensary, but they do not belong I a residential neighborhood. Downtown makes more sense.

Please do not let a dispensary open next to all the schools. We have enough addiction problems in Marin county youth without having the SVNA who does not represent our community at large endorse this operation. Cannabis is widely available on a delivery basis so nobody is suffering from lack of access. Thank you.

Please reconsider allowing Delta 11 operate in this location. The impact it would have on traffic and safety would be too great a burden.

The community never backed this location. The SVNA board didn't consider or consult its members when giving their support. The traffic and parking at that location cannot sustain 120 more cars per day.

There are 6 schools within 1500ft of this dispensary. Not to mention the library and 2 day cares. This is not the place for a storefront dispensary. There is also a matter of traffic, N. San Pedro Rd can barely sustain current traffic demands and we will soon have a permanent Farmers Market and SMART.

We strongly urge the Medical Marijuana Advisory Committee to reject the proposed Delta 11 site at 70 San Pablo. the area is highly residential, with many children and families using the market and gas station, the Subway, and Bogey's café across the street. It is an inappropriate location because it is residential, filled with children, with record high traffic congestion at that intersection. Wholly inappropriate!! Thank you!

I am a Santa Venetia resident and I am opposed to locating the dispensary in our community. It is not appropriate to locate this business in a primarily residential neighborhood with many children and schools nearby. This neighborhood is already already has to deal with increased criminal activity due to the presence of the nearby County jail.

1655 households surround this location. It's highly irresponsible to put a pot dispensary in an area with so many children walking to and from school. A strictly commercial area would be far better suited.

Not the right place. Schools and day cares everywhere and no parking to boot. Put in a commercial zone where it belongs.
