Not only are the cops completely useless with no leads or effective methods to stop this chaos, but the rapist also have the

AIDs virus passing it to innocent females they rape each few days.

This has hundreds of females terrified to goto work, the store,sit outside etc. The useless cops have sat on their lazy butts and done nothing to solve this.

The soul purpose of this petition is to hold a city council meeting to enforce a massive city "C.O.P" citizens on patrol program to take our streets back and get this scum off the streets for good.

Clearly if white women were raped in high end areas they would shut the city down tk catch the rapist but because its not in "white america" backyard its not their problem.
