As a business owner, I will not enforce any mandate passed by the BCC. In other jurisdictions, people have been harassed, threatened, beaten, shot, and murdered for telling people they needed to wear a mask to enter. The BCC does not have the right to force me to put myself in danger. If they want to pass a mask ordinance, they'd better figure out who they plan to have enforce it, because it won't be me.

Individual establishments ( including such as an Uber driver; or other) should be allowed to set their own criteria and if a potential patron doesn't feel safe, then that patron has freedom to shop elsewhere - Some will require masks and others won't . Public buildings and forums as public parks or library, qualify as an "individual establishments"
