There is no evidence that mask protect from getting infected by Covid and just the opposite - can make people more prone to infections and getting sick.

This is asking way too much of our children not to mention teachers! My 14yr old can’t even keep mask on let alone younger children. Just ridiculous to force this upon all ages! It should be up to the person/family..... Disaster in the making!

I as a teacher have asthma and can not breath in a mask without my chest tightening for 10 minutes let alone 7 hours.

This is completely unsafe and at risk to make students sick! Children cannot learn and will not learn with a mask on! Many schools and busses have no air, many children are medically fragile and have special needs and many more students and teachers have asthma or other breathing difficulties! This is a recipe for no learning, kids and staff becoming ill from lack of oxygen and breathing in carbon dioxide. How could anyone believe this to be a good idea?!

No child should have to learn under these conditions. Especially when there is not a pandemic. The numbers are no different than the flu. It has been proven that children are not at risk. Humans, adults-teens-children, learn best by social interactions and should not have to in isolation.

My son has asthma and a IEP. There is no way he can wear a mask and remote learning was a total bust.
