If masks are needed, then the kids should use tablets. Some kids will not be able to wear masks. Austic, etc.

I work in healthcare, front line, after about 2 hours I need a break from the mask, they are hot, u get short of breath, I don't know of anyone who can wear it the way the governor is requesting, has he tried to wear the mask all day, I highly doubt it.
