We cannot allow our children to suffer through another school year masked, taking away their God given right to breath fresh air & be normal kids playing with friends & being involved in sporting activities. To take these things away from them is an abomination! The physical & emotional damage done to them will be long lasting. The virus poses no threat to them. WAKE UP!! Stop the madness. We will not stand for this again!

I totally support every statement in the reasoning for this petition. The true "science" does not support mandates for masking or covid "vaccines".

Parental freedoms and personal responsibilities need to be allowed

The death rate from covid 19 does not justify the current hysteria and government overreach. The overwhelming majority of students and parents attending open houses are speaking by not wearing masks. Do not allow a small nbr of activists to force our children into another year of masks.

Stop the overreach. Let each parent choose what is best for their child

Vaccines, masks, etc should be a decision for the parents to make for their child. Children are at near 0% risk and wearing a mask retains more bacteria, dirt, etc on the masks surface that they continue to breath all day.

From the FDA website: "Cloth face coverings made from common, easily accessible materials are an additional, voluntary public health approach to help slow the spread of COVID-19." "Face masks are not personal protective equipment." "Face masks should NOT be used in place of surgical masks or filtering facepiece respirators to provide protections such as: 1. Liquid barrier protection 2. Antimicrobial or antiviral protection, prevention, or reduction 3. Respiratory protection Particulate filtration 4. Protection in high-risk aerosol-generating procedures."

Science says children are unlikely to get this virus. I feel it can’t possibly be a healthy solution, physically or mentally, for a child to be burdened with wearing a face mask that has collected germs throughout a full day. It just does not make sense.

I am a resident of Bentonville and I’m asking the school board to give parents the right to choose what medical procedures are right for their children.

Masking kids puts them at a disadvantage when learning to read. Parents get to choose not school boards. Stop the tyranny.

Masks negatively affect children’s ability to concentrate, negatively affect their physical health and stunts their emotional growth.

Masks need to be optional and up to parents.

Dear school board, you were not there, when my child was conceived into this world, you were not there when they took there first breath, you were not there for the countless sleepless nights spent tending to their current needs, you weren't there for there first step, their first fall, you weren't there for the tears over lost pets, broken toys and nightmares, you weren't there for the agonizing decisions made daily for their growth! Because of this and so much more what do you think gives you the right to even THINK you could know what's best for our children, how arrogant do you have to be to believe you have that right!!! You have absolutely NO right to even think you could ever possibly BEGIN to have a right to Co-parent with anyone!!!! Sincerely Every parent ever!!!

There are risks involved with wearing face masks for long periods of time. No one should be forced to do this. This needs to be left up to the individuals and their parents to decide what is best for their child.
