Governor Cuomo has indicated the requirement of New York’s children to wear masks at school this fall even though children and adults can now unmask almost everywhere else. Statistics show children face very little risk and every concerned adult has had ample opportunity to get vaccinated.

Children who safely played sports and attended camps all summer without masks will now be forced to wear masks all day at school.

Superintendent Provenzano and the Board of Education have simply gone along with local and state guidelines since the pandemic began. They have ignored the concerns of the community and appear to beholden to the teachers union.

Let your voice be heard. Mask requirements for children don’t make any sense!
