Why is anyone EVEN thinking about rewarding a criminal for his bad behavior ? Has our society become so twisted in it's thinking? Where is the COMMON SENSE.?

The SF Board of Supervisors need to spend their time on meaningful legislation, we should request a refund on our tax dollars for every minute they spent on this action.

Don't wield a knife at an Officer and you won't get shot.

Giving a criminal a day of remebrence would be a disgrace to our country and the victim.

He was not a person who deserves a day or rememberence or praise from anyone. He was a thug. A gang member, a criminal, and someone who didn't value any human life.

Honor our first responders instead. They paid the ultimate sacrifice for San Francisco.

He attacked a stranger sitting in a car who was minding his own businesses. Clearly Woods wasn't in a healthy state of mind. No need to make him into a hero.

The ridiculousness of honoring a person who died in the commission of a felony is just another sign the city of San Francisco has lost touch with reality.

I know-San Francisco Board of Supervisors could have a day of remembrance for everyone on Death Row! They could fill the calendar quickly. What an insane idea.

It is an outrage and an insult to real victims and to our men and women in law enforcement who put their lives on the line daily for all of us. Shame on the Board of Supervisors.
