Should have days to honor our armed forces for what they do for our country.

The Board of Supervisors gave in to the mob and to the ambulance-chaser attorney. This is a disservice to SFPD and the man who says he was cut with a knife by Mario Woods. Mario Woods is not the victim here. Here's a link to the statement of the real victim: http://abc7news.com/news/exclusive-man-allegedly-stabbed-by-mario-woods-recounts-incident/1187690/

The San Francisco supervisors who voted for the "Remembrance Day" displayed a dangerous mentality toward public safety and an extreme lack of moral clarity.

As a 10 year officer I find actions like this very disturbing. I see my country moving in a very wrong direction.

criminals should NOT be honored for any reason. Sounds like the Palestinians honoring those that murder Jews. Shameful

He didn't deserve to die, but he doesn't deserve a Remembrance Day.

Let's care about the stabbing victim more than the suspect. If anyone gets a day it's him, or the others that had to witness such nonsense.

Really? A day to honor a criminal and demonize the officers that stopped him?
