This is yet another demeaning, demoralizing and egregious attack on not only San Francisco Law Enforcement, but all Law Enforcement agencies in this nation. This 'memorial' is nothing more than San Francisco Board of Stupidvisors encouraging all criminals/citizens to ignore police instruction and underscores the ongoing anti-law enforcement movement. It's bad enough that citizens and law enforcement have to deal with the results of AB 109 and PROP 47, now the San Francisco Board of Stupidvisors is basically saying 'WELL DONE MARIO WOODS, WELL DONE'...folks, we're in trouble!

Let's remember the lives of the officers killed on duty everyday. Not a suspect that resisted and would not surrender.

As backwards as it gets criminals get called a martyr while the real people who save lives and keep the peace get treated like the bad guy

A deplorable act by the Board of Supervisors pandering to a criminal at the expense of public safety.

The circumstances of his life, not the circumstances of his death should drive this decision. The circumstances of his life do not in any way warrant recognition.

To the SF Board of Supervisors, you are without a doubt the most disgusting alleged civic leaders I have ever seen. You are an embaressment.

Why are we honoring a criminal?!? He stabbed someone before he was killed by the police.

Try supporting your Police and Fire persenell instead of the people who cause the problem and injure those trying to keep you safe.
