No Mandatory Covid Vaccination/ Testing at EB

Time to draw the line. This administration occupying the White House has gone to far.

This vaccine mandate is Government tyranny. Covid is real but the messaging from bureaucrats have been a complete failure. Government wants to fear monger and keep people afraid. They haven't been truthful and we must demand better messaging and policy making or else they will continue their authoritarianism. Keeping the Government in check is more important than taking the vaccine.

Freedom to choose.

Shouldn’t be forcing a vaccine on an individual basing its requirement to reduce transmission rate when we’ll… it does not reduce the transmission rate. (Which was stated by the CDC Director during a briefing by the CDC)

Freedom of Choice, Freedom of Religion, Rushed Vaccine...

we the vaccinated and the unvaccinated, stand together to oppose pressuring, coercing, or discrimination based upon vaccination status. We refuse to be forced to comply with mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations or Covid-19 testing as terms of employment.

Considering these "vaccines" aren't yet proven to be effective and the fact that there is severe side-effect potential, these mandates are unethical, un-American, and authoritarian.

You are hereby put on NOTICE that any further effort to coerce, intimidate, persuade, trick or compel me to receive any experimental gene therapy injection (“Covid Vaccine”) or any other medical device, drug or procedure against my will, implicates you as aiding and abetting in the Capital Offense of a Crime Against Humanity. I hereby reserve my rights to swear to a criminal complaint against you in the nearest available law enforcement agency or court of law. I do not contract with you in any way and expressly deny any contractual relationship with you. I hereby reserve my rights and put you on NOTICE that you may also be liable for civil damages under various Tort claims including but not limited to: negligence, fraud (in the Inducement), Assault, Battery, Intentional Inflication of Emotional Distress, Loss of Consortium, Trespass and Products Liability. You are hereby notified of potential liability and this NOTICE shall serve as actual NOTICE in support of these claims.

Mandatory vaccinations are un American.

Forced vaccination or lose your job is the Biden order. I have no doubt that the US Supreme Court will declare this to be unconstitutional if they ever get to take the case.

I am against getting the vaccine.

I worked this WHOOLLE time, not taking a day off in the shipyard. I was amongst all our fellow ship builders.

I have a few friends that work at EB & they all have different beliefs. I support each & every one of them & honor their beliefs. I feel employers should also.
