Man dates sounds like homo stuff to me. My neighbor goes on man dates all the time and he's queerer than a two dollar bill. Pretty sure he was straight before he got the shot.

It goes against not only my beliefs but also against personal liberty. Many of us have natural immunity, myself included. There is no need for a vaccine for us. My body my choice

I'm fully vaccinated and fully against this mandate. I felt pressure and bullied into getting the vaccine by coworkers. After the second dose, I was severely ill for 3 weeks and a few symptoms lingered even longer. I don't plan on getting any boosters or doing this again. I understand this is coming from higher up than just EB but maybe EB needs to fight for their employees who are clearly upset by the mandates. A good compromise is offering permanent WFH (doubtful) or the very least, weekly testing. I truly fear how many good people will be lost over this. Maybe we should put it in terms they care about and say, if the mandate happens then we won't stay on schedule with production... something we were able to do all through the pandemic, without a mandate.

The sad thing is EB is a PRIVATE company that has thousands of employees and a voice that would have been heard had it even attempted to stand up for the employees it constantly says it "cares so much about." We constantly get sent emails about "how important" the employees are. "The safety of our employees" backing the injection of non-FDA approved vaccines (Comirnaty by Pfizer was the only one the FDA approved, the others were not) on thousands of employees is safe? Did they even attempt to defend us? For some of us, we will have to choose between our God and feeding our family. This is government overreach and a complete violation of civil rights and religious freedoms.

Unfortunately, Mr. Doe, the only dues you can get back (whether you withdraw from the union or not) are the ones that are the percentage of your dues paid that the union has put towards political donations. The majority of your dues must still be paid no matter what.
