Atlantis Marketing has NO regard for the small-town rural atmosphere East Hampton residents value (Plan of Conservation and Development). This conglomerate has taken over several businesses on Rt 66 and will expand into any neighborhood that will allow it. It is time to push them back….and out!

With a mega station on rt66 and another going in on the corner of 16 and 66, with the new station at Main St and 196, I see no reason to create a mega station as the lead into the center of town.

The proposed zone change in a purely residential and historic neighborhood is grossly inappropriate. It should be rejected by the zoning commission just as it was six months ago.

A zone change would benefit the corporation, not the town.

there is a very good reason why the existing property is zoned residential - to prevent this sort of nonsense. NO ZONE CHANGE!

I moved to East Hampton because of its small town charm. I totally oppose zone change requested by Atlantis Marketing.

We do not need the traffic or construction of your huge big box gas station in our small town.

As long as this persists we will continue to say it is not needed or welcome.

This change would be such a mistake for the town. We’d be sacrificing our character for an ugly cookie cutter building, and damaging the nearby residential area. I fail to understand why ANYONE would be in favor of this change.

Atlantis Marketing is ONCE AGAIN trying to flip 3 residentially zoned properties to commercial. They are able to hold onto these properties because they are a multi-billion dollar company. They don’t care about East Hampton. They don’t care about our residentially zoned neighborhood. If they did, they would have listened to us the first time. They care only about their bottom dollar. We need to stop them once again, and this time, we need to stop them permanently.

We do NOT need a huge gas station and convenience store in that location. It will be a huge mistake to change the zoning on Main Street.

This zone change is inappropriate for this residential neighborhood and does not support the EH Plan of Conservation and Development
