This petition has been initiated to compel the U.S. Congress to enact a federal law mandating that all persons tried and convicted of child predatoryoffensesat the Federalor State level by a jury of their peers, be effectively denied any "special" administrative segregated incarceration during the serving of their prison sentences. Exceptions are made for those already convicted of said offenses whereupon the victimis expiredduring or after the commission of said offenses by the offender(s), andsentence imposed by the courtsisdeath. Thenew law proposed if enacted, would also retroactively apply to those already convicted of said offenses and sentenced to death, should their sentencesbe commuted tolife or other extended incarceration.
