Angola is no place for children. I don't recall a single black police officer and I've traveled through Louisiana a lot.

A plan to move kids who have not been convicted of any crime from the juvenile justice system to a Federal maximum-security prison is unconscionable, cruel, and inhumane treatment.
No underage youth should be sent to any prison without due process which is afforded to every human being, regardless of age, religion, gender, or gender identity, nationality, race, economic status, or access to legal representation.
