A tragic policy that will not only expose the transferred youth to potential physical and sexual violence but will erase any chance that the youths will be able to change the trajectory of their lives to a positive direction.

Please do not allow juvenile offenders to be assigned to Angola prison. This is shameful!

Please understand these are young minds and teens should not be housed in a place that was formerly used for death row.

This is the most disturbing thing I've ever heard. If this happens, it would be a discrase in the least.

I have visited death row in Angola prison. It's one of the worst most inhuman places in the world -- unfit for adults much less children! This is obscene and inhumane. It reflects badly on our country and is a sad statement with regard to civil rights or our citizens that we treat our children this way.

Please don't do this to these young men. We k ow that they have done wrong, but they deserve to have a safe place to serve their time and receive proper treatment and counseling.

This is racism at its worst. These kids need help not further trauma. Society must pay for improvements now or we will pay much more in the future in wasted talent and opportunities.
