No Democratic Dispensation like the United States of America should have children in Prisons like Angola Prison in Louisiana. Angola Prison is a notorious Prison where Prisoners are not allowed to be the human beings they are. Prison conditions are such that the Prisoners in Angola especially, the Black Prisoners are maltreated and mistreated in ways that are similar to what Jim Crow Era America aka United States of America treated Black Americans.

My God, man, think of what you are proposing! Please give the kids a chance to recover and reform. Don't make them human fodder for convicted and violent adults. Do the humane thing for these children.

This is an atrocious prison and should never, ever house youth. It needs major investment in true rehabilitation programs for adults and the Louisiana government should invest far more money in programs to reduce poverty, sub-standard education and poor employment options in the state.
