Youth do not belong in Angola, and especially not in an area once used for death row inmates. We need to help our troubled youth, not treat them like death row criminals!

Kids do not belong in prison! As a former teacher in a juvenile detention center, I have seen the care they need to get off the crime track. I can assure you that it doesn't include prison!

I used to live in New Orleans, Louisiana. Please keep young black boys out of Angola. LA has been big on very long sentences for minor crimes for a very long time for blacks esp.
