Putting children in adult prisons, especially such notorious ones as Angola, nearly assures that they will have no opportunity for a fulfilling adulthood, but rather be a ward and/or a threat to all of society.

Children and young adults within the penal system should be separated from incarcerated adults. Moreover, the environment for these incarcerated youngsters should be focused on reform in hopes of a second chance.

Please Govr., dont transfer these Kids to Adult Prison.....Invest in the Kids, Help them, Guide them, Not to re-offend ! Dont let them get Near to Adult Offenders. Please.
