Everything I have ever heard or read about Angola prison tells me it is a horrible cruel medieval place of torture and enslaved labor and death. It should be shut down! No child or adult should be sent there ever!

It is more than cruel to place youth in such a dangerous jail. You are abusing every one of them, so stop now. Why not try restitution and let them have a second chance at life?

Angola Prison is no place for juveniles. Invest money in rehabilitation of these juveniles with emphasis on education, technology skills, and mental health services. The return on investment will be extremely high.
