Dear Governor Edwards, just read that Louisiana is the most dangerous state in the Union. I guess your administration intends to make things better by incarcerating kids in Angola, one of the most dangerous prisons in the world? Cruel and outrageous policy

As a teacher, it is appalling to think of children and youth being held in this prison rather than receiving counseling, mental health care, and rehabilitation. We can do better!

Kids do NOT belong with adults in prison. There should be a program to deal with kids who need attention to prevent them from becoming future inmates. This is morally wrong!! And should be legally wrong, as well.
