No job for you felony! Why? What are they to do go back to crime?

This is not fair that a person gets out of Jail or Prison and is unable to have enough confidence to look for that job his/her future.
I don't see why we would not call this discrimination?
Did the person not do there time for this crime?
It must have not been that bad they are back out?
Please sign this petition to help out good people that just want to be able to know they have a chance, even though they have that on there record.
If you go out with a Negative attitude to get a job because of that piece of paper, eventually you just stop looking.
That's why there is so many repeat offenders.
