A developer gained approval from the Churchill County Planning Board to rezone 5 parcels totaling 183.67 acres of non-water righted property. They passed this project up to the County Commissioner's who will hear and vote on whether or not to approve this zone change at the April 7th Churchill County Commission Meeting in Fallon. Few knew in advance of this proposal so the attendance was light at the Planning commission meeting. We aim to change that by making the community aware through this petition circulating.
